Heavy rains in isolated places of soth Konkan, Goa

Pune, Jun 3 (UNI) Heavy rains are likely to occur at isolated places over south Konkan and Goa during the next 48 hours, according to the weather forecast valid for Maharashtra, excluding Vidarbha, and Goa.

Thundersqualls are likely to occur over parts of south Konkan, Goa and south Madhya Maharashtra during the next 24 hours.

Moderate to rather heavy rainfall is likely to occur at many places in south Konkan and Goa while light to moderate rains are likely to occur at a few places in south Madhya Maharashtra and at isolated places in north Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada and in Raigad district.

Partly cloudy weather conditions are likely to prevail in the districts of Mumbai and Thane.
