Honda Seil sales dips 18% to 3,944 units in May

New Delhi, Jun 2 (UNI) Honda Seil Cars India Ltd (HSCI), a joint venture between Siel Ltd and Japan-based Honda Motor Co, today said it sales dipped 18.02 per cent to 3,944 units in May this year as against 4,811 units sold in corresponding month last year.

However, the company recorded a growth of 0.2 per cent in January-May this year over the same period last year, company said in a statement.

HSCI sold 27,780 units in the first five months of this year as against 27,723 units in the corresponding period last year.

The company's sold 543 units of the eighth-generation Honda Accord within two weeks of its launch in the country.
