Pandurang Wandile PRO to Maharashtra CM passes away

Nagpur, May 31 (UNI) Pandurang Wandile, father of Suresh Wandile, public relations officer (PRO) to Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, died due to old age. He was 86.

He leaves behind his wife Gunabai, and two sons - Suresh and Ramesh.

The last rites were performed here yesterday evening.

Pandurang Wandile, who was from Kandali in Hinganghat tehsil in Wardha district of Vidarbha, was a former court employee.

Mr Deshmukh visited the bereaved family this afternoon and offered his condolences. He was accompanied by Guardian Minister for Nagpur district Satish Chaturvedi, Minister for Agriculture Balasaheb Thorat, MLA Nitin Raut, Divisional Commissioner Anand Limaye, District collector Praveen Darade and Resident Deputy Collector Chandrakant Dange.
