Goods worth Rs 50 lakh destroyed in oil mill fire

Nashik, May 30 (UNI) Goods worth Rs 50 lakh were destroyed in a major fire which broke out in an oil mill godown in Satana Naka area on Malegaon-Satana road, Malegaon late last night.

Cotton seeds and cattle feed worth Rs 50 lakh was destroyed in the fire at Jaju Oil Mill godown, police said.

Around 10-12 fire tenders were pressed into service to douse the fire, police added.

The exact cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained, police said.
