Cong agitation in Chhattisgarh:Sahu
Raipur, May 30 (UNI) Newly-appointed Chhattisgarh Congress Committee President Dhanendra Sahu today declared that a statewide agitation would be launched against the Raman Singh regime and an inquiry initiated against ministers and other leaders if the Congress came to power in this year's assembly polls.
At the first press conference after Mr Sahu's nomination, he and Working President Satya Narayan Sharma said that the state government was neck-deep in corruption and even chairpersons of corporations and boards were indulging in ''loot.'' The agitation would be given final shape at a June five meeting of district presidents and party office-bearers here. National leaders would also take part in the agitation.
''The present executive will be slightly changed,'' said Mr Sahu who had served as minister in undivided Madhya Pradesh.
