VRO, Village Servant held for accepting bribe
Hyderabad, May 26 (UNI) Mosra Village Revenue Officer in Varni Mandal of the Nizamabad District was caught red-handed today for accepting bribe of Rs 1,600 for verification of 24 guntas of land purchased by the complainant and to make an entry in the pattadar passbook.
Peddapuli Gangaram and Village Servant Nulu Lingaiah were arrested by ACB officials.
They will be produced before Principal Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases in Hyderabad, a press release here said.
