About Rs 17 lakh looted in Ranchi
Ranchi, May 26 (UNI) Unidentified miscreants looted more than Rs 17 lakh from a petrol pump employee near Birsa Zoological park under Oramanjhi police station area here today.
Police said that about six miscreants looted the bag, containing cash from the employee, who was on his way to deposit the money in a nationalised bank located in Booty, more about seven km from the spot.
Raids were being conducted to nab the culprits, police added.
