Court refuses to grant bail to builder Anil Sharma
Patna, May 8 (UNI) A sessions court here today rejected the regular bail petition of Anil Sharma, an accused in Reshma alias Kajal murder case of the state capital.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Vijay Prakash Mishra after hearing the bail petition of Sharma a builder, refused to release him on regular bail in the case.
Reshma's body was found under Sashtrinagar police station on October 31. In subsequent investigation it was revealed that Sharma had hatched the conspiracy and had killed the woman to implicate the ruling JD(U) MLA Anant Singh.
