Richa Knits acquires 49% share of Moksh Leisure

New Delhi, May 6 (UNI) Richa Knits Ltd, a manufacturer of knitted fabrics and readymade garments, today said it has acquired 49 per cent shares of Moksh Leisure and Entertainment Pvt Ltd.

''The company has acquired 49 per cent shares of Moksh Leisure and Entertainment Pvt Ltd, a company running its restaurant under trade name 'Le Moksh', company said in a statement.
