Court grants bail to Shahabuddin in Arms Act

Patna, May 6 (UNI) Patna High Court today granted bail to controversial RJD MP Md Shahabuddin in connection with a case related to Arms Act.

After hearing both parties, Justice Sima Ali Khan granted bail to the incarcerated MP.

As per the charges, Md Shahabuddin did not submit his firearms even after expiry of the licence.

A case was registered in this connection at Hussainaganj police station in Siwan in 2005.

Md Shahabuddin was behind the bars in Siwan jail in connection with several criminal cases.
