75-yr-old sentenced to 15-yr RI in fake currency, heroin case
New Delhi, May 6 (UNI) A city court today sentenced a 75-year-old man to 15-year Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) in a fake currency and heroin case.
Additional Sessions R Kiran Nath while delivering the judgement here, slapped a fine of Rs three lakh on the accused Ramesh Kumar Bahl.
Bahl was arrested by the Special Cell of Delhi Police on July 5, 2004 with four kg heroin and fake currency amounting to Rs four lakh near Gurudwara Rakabganj area of Central Delhi.
