Valse-Patil inaugurates exhibition of Pune-based properties

Mumbai, May 2 (UNI) Maharashtra energy minister Dilip Valse-Patil today inaugurated an exhibition of property in Pune -- the second most important and fastest growing city in the state -- here.

Speaking after inaugurating the exhibition, Mr Valse-Patil said it was nice that Mumbaikars would now have an opportunity to see the construction plans of Pune region.

In the exhibition, Promoters and Builders Association of Pune gave Mumbaikars an opportunity to see various plans of buildings in Pune.

PBAP chairman (Exhibition Committee) Atul Goel said being predominantly a consumer-oriented platform, the PBAP exhibition allows the exhibitors to have a direct rapport with the buyer/investor, offering them the best of deals, with optimum choices, helping them to understand the prevailing market availability range of lifestyle preferences.

It also enhances the opportunity to the PBAP members to launch new projects and provide information of their other ongoing and future plans. As is the custom, special concessions and offers would be extended to property buyers during this event, he added.
