Suchirindia to build two tower complexes in Sri Lanka
Hyderabad, Apr 28 (UNI) City-based Suchirindia will construct a 30-floor commercial tower and a 70-floor residential tower in Colombo in Sri Lanka.
The tower complexes, to be built in collaboration with the Urban Development Authority, Government of Sri Lanka, would be developed at a cost of 255 million US Dollars, according to a release here today.
The company had floated a Special Purpose Vehicle 'Suchir NEB Projects Pvt Ltd' along with other overseas partners to execute the project.
The total built-up area for the commercial tower, that included a convention centre, and the residential tower would be three million sq ft.
''Working in close association with the Sri Lankan authorities on this project has been a pleasure, and we hope to lay out our footprint in many more areas in the future,'' Company CEO Y Kiron said in the release.
