Rajbhasha director under Vigilance net

Patna, Apr 27 (UNI) Sleuths of Special Unit of Vigilance today conducted simultaneous raids at residences of Rajbhasha director D N Choudhry in West Champaran and Muzaffarpur districts in connection with disproportionate assets case.

Bureau IG A K Upadhyaya said here that the sleuths recovered documents relating to land owned by him in Muzaffarpur and Bettaih, a flat in Patna, besides jewellery, and some investment-related papers.

He said raids will continue and information relating to property owned by Mr Choudhry would be disclosed only after thorough assessment of the documents and other articles seized during the operation.
