Labourer crushed to death, 2 injured, 3 houses gutted in Kashmir
Srinagar, Apr 25 (UNI) A labourer was crushed to death under a stone while two people were wounded and three structures gutted in the Kashmir Valley overnight, official source said today.
They said Nazir Ahmad Sheikh died while working in a stone quarry at Athawajan Bypass on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway.
Two people were hit by vehicles at Nagri in the frontier district of Kupwara and Narwan Shopian in south Kashmir. The injured were hospitalised, they said.
Three structures were gutted in a devastating fire at Soibug in the central Kashmir district of Badgam.
