Two-day seminar on Indo-Nepal relations in Patna
Patna, Apr 21(UNI) The Public Diplomacy Division of the Union Ministry of External Affairs, in association with the Bihar government, would rpt would organise a two-day seminar on ''Emerging Trends in Indo-Nepal Relations'' from April 26.
Official sources said here today that the seminar will be inaugurated by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on April 26.
''About 50 participants from Nepal will grace the occasion, besides a large number of academicians, thinkers, representatives of industries, intelligentsia, journalists, civil society and senior officials,'' the sources added.
The seminar has been organised with a view to discussing key aspects of the bilateral relations, covering the broad canvas of political and cultural linkages, trade and economic cooperation, border security and its management, cooperation in the hydroelectric sector, sharing of common river waters and problems caused by floods.
