No misunderstanding in BJP over ticket allocation: Yeddyurappa
Shimoga, Karnataka, Apr 20 (UNI) Former Karnataka Chief Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader B S Yeddyurappa today clarified that there is no 'misunderstanding' among party workers and leaders over ticket allocation.
Talking to reporters here, he said that BJP has released first list of 185 candidates for the next month election well before the other political parties in the state and it was done after a through discussion and consent of the party activists. Hence, there is no room for dissident or misunderstanding.
To a question, Mr Yeddyurappa said that "I agree that there are some disappointment among the party workers. That will be sorted out amicably. A meeting of disappointed will be convened shortly and put an end to the crisis in the party", he added.
Declining to react about alliance with Samajawadi Party of former Chief Minister S Bangarappa, he said that Mr Bangarappa is a senior leader and politician. I won't react for present political scenario'.
