Unique 1.5 cm Jain scripture dedicated on Mahaveer Jayanti

Hisar, Apr 18 (UNI) Noted micro-artist Jatinder Pal Singh today dedicated a tiny 1.5 cm book of Jain scripture ''Bhaktamar Stotra'' to the community on the occasion of Mahavir Jayanti today.

''This is my small tribute to the great Jain apostle of peace and non-violence and hope it would help spread his teachings not only among the Jain community but the entire world,'' said Jatinder while dedicating the book at a small function here.

It took the Limca record holder over three laborious months to write the 50 shlokas spread over 33 pages in the 1.5 centimeter book.

His name has been registered half a dozen times in Limca book for micro art.
