Production warrants against 5 SIMI activists
Rajgarh, MP, Apr 12 (UNI) A local court today issued production warrants against five office-bearers of the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) arrested in Indore recently.
Narsinghgarh Judicial Magistrate S K Dwivedi issued production warrants against SIMI activists Safdar Nagori, his brother Kamaruddin, Amil Pervez, Haider and one more SIMI activist.
Rajgarh Superintendent of Police D K Arya said a police team had left for Indore to bring these activists. Narsinghgarh police had submitted an application to the court seeking warrants for bringing these activists to Narsinghgarh for interrogation.
Three activists were arrested from Narsinghgarh on the night of April 5 on the basis of information provided by Kamaruddin and Amil Pervez.
