Gujarat can lead in Knowledge Revolution: Pitroda

Ahmedabad, Apr 12 (UNI) National Knowledge Commission Chairman Sam Pitroda today expressed confidence that Gujarat can take a lead in the ''Knowledge Revolution'' programme.

Mr Pitroda held a meeting with State Chief Minister Narendra Modi here. He lauded the State Government's human resources development programmes.

Mr Modi and Mr Pitroda held discussions on the new role of education system in skill transformation through transformation communication technology.

Mr Pitroda announced that all universities, main libraries and research institutes in the state would be connected with the National Knowledge Network.
