Mah Govt plans to construct ministers houses on BOT basis: Bhujbal
Mumbai, Apr 9 (UNI) Maharashtra PWD minister Chhagan Bhujbal today said the government has planned to construct ministers, judges and bureaucrats houses in the city on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis.
Replying to the budgetary demands of his department, Mr Bhujbal said the Maharashtra Sadan in New Delhi as well as PWD Bhavan in the metropolis would be constructed on the same pattern.
The construction of Maharashtra Sadan would be completed by the year end, he informed.
The Minister said the road construction work of Rs 15,000 crore was going on in the state on BOT basis. Out of which, works worth Rs 6,000 crore were under the jurisdiction of state government, while the remaining under the Central government.
