Chargesheet against one for fraud certificate in Kashmir
Srinagar, Apr 2 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir police Crime Branch (CB) has filed a chargesheet against a person for possessing a fraud matriculation certificate.
A spokesman of the CB said, ''We received a tip-off that one Shamas-ur-Rehman has submitted a fake matriculation certificate for regularisation of his services in a government department.
He said investigation was taken up during which the certificate was seized.
Later, it was proved fake after verifying with the Board of School Education.
Similar, the evidence and other records were collected and a case was produced against the accused in the court of law for judicial determination.
