School student commits suicide in N Delhi

New Delhi, Mar 31 (UNI) A 12-year-old boy committed suicide at his house in North Delhi this evening allegedly for failing in exams, police said.

Vivek, a class seven student in a Sultanpuri school, was found hanging from the ceiling of a room on the second floor of his house in Mir Bagh in the area this evening.

His class seven report card was found from his pocket.

Police say Vivek had been scolded by his parents after he failed in the exams, which apparently led him to commit suicide.
