Sarojini blast:Court asks for Ghulam's mental report by Apr 10

New Delhi, Mar 29 (UNI) The trial in the Sarojini Nagar blast case, which claimed 62 lives and left more than 200 injured three years ago, could not proceed further today as the report on the mental condition of one of the accused Ghulam Ahmed Khan could not be recieved here today.

Ghulam was sent to the Shahdara Mental hospital, when his mental condition was not found to be proper during the court trials. He was earlier examined at the AIIMS and on its recommendations, was admitted at the hospital for further observation.

The court today directed the officials of the hospital to submit the medical reports of Khan by April 10.

Ghulam along with Tariq Ahmed Dar, the prime accused, and other are facing trials in connection with the bomb blasts in the city's Sarojini Nagar market, Paharganj market, and a DTC bus in Kalkaji in 2005.
