AAI appoints legal adviser for 4 non-metro airports
New Delhi, Mar 27 (UNI) The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has begun the process of legal due diligence for non-metro airports with the appointment of a legal adviser.
The AAI has appointed M.V. Kini&Co., Mumbai as legal adviser for providing legal advisory services for the cityside development of four non-metro airports at Amritsar, Udaipur, Trichi and Vizag, an official statement said today.
The Company will advise the AAI on all legal matters associated with the successful conduct of the bidding process and execution of the Concession Agreement with the select bidder.
The AAI is in the process of finalising the other transaction documents for the projects, the statement said.
