Holi celebrated with full fervour

Patna, Mar 22(UNI) The festival of colours is being celebrated all over the state with traditional gaiety and religious fervour today.

The state, well known for its celebration style, seems to have taken a dip in the hues of happiness and peace as young and old splashed colours on each other's faces singing songs of Holi.

The festival represents communal harmony.

The government has made elaborate security arrangements in view of the festivities and directed the security personnels to a vigil on the miscreants.

So far the celebrations were peaceful all over the state.
