Mother and her infant drowned in well
Rajkot, Mar 20 (UNI) A thirty-year-old woman and her two-year-old son drowned in a well at Arani village in Upleta Taluka of the district.
According to the police, a two-year-old boy accidently fell in the farm well at Aarni village. The child's mother Asmita who was there, immediately jumped into the well in a bid to save his life. But, the mother could not save the child and both of them drowned.
Later, both the bodies were fished out and sent for post mortem.
