Bosch's net up 91.5% at Rs 124.41cr
New Delhi, Mar 7 (UNI) Auto parts major Bosch Ltd today said it has registered a phenomenal increase of 91.5 per cent in its net profit at Rs 124.41 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 64.96 crore for the corresponding period previous year.
The total income rose by 17.49 per cent to Rs 1241.87 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 from Rs 1056.95 crore in the quarter ended December 31, 2006, a company statement said.
The company posted 11.1 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 609.21 crore for the year ended December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 548 crore in the corresponding period previous year.
The total income went up 16 per cent to Rs 4576.54 crore for the year ended December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 3943.38 crore for the year ended December 31, 2006, the statement added.
