Builders Association donates Rs 10 lakh to CM Relief Fund

Shimla, Mar 6 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal was presented a draft of Rs 10 lakh as contribution of the Solan Builders Association towards the Chief Minister Relief Fund.

The draft was presented by Mr Harbans Singh, Chairman of the Association yesterday evening.

The Chief Minister thanked the donors for their goodwill gesture.

He said that there were many people in the state, who were economically weak and required some financial help to get their wards treated for serious ailments, which needed substantial amount for spending.

He said that Chief Minister Relief Fund was being made available to the poor and needy people. He said that fund was also being utilized to deliver relief to the sufferers of natural calamities.
