DDA disposes of two hotel plots at Shastri Park and Pitampura

New Delhi, Mar 5 (UNI) The Delhi Development Authority today disposed of two hotel plots at east Delhi and north Delhi.

According to a DDA release, the Authority had invited tenders for disposal of four hotel plots located at Shastri park, Dwarka, City Centre and Community Centre at Pitampura. Out of the four plots, tenders had been received for two plots.

The tenders were opened today and a bid of Rs 35.60 crore against a reserve price of Rs 31.28 crore was received for the plot at Shastri Park and a bid of Rs 19.01 crore against a reserve price of Rs 18.31 crore for the plot at Pitampura was received.

The plots have been purchased by Udai Estate Pvt Ltd and Sita Kiran Pvt Ltd respectively.

DDA has offered hotel plots for disposal through tender process for the second time as earlier, all plots were disposed of through auction mode only.
