Work on Delhi-Faridabad section forces cancellation of trains

New Delhi, Mar 1 (UNI) Northern Railway today said over 25 trains will remain cancelled due to an 18 hour non-interlocking work being carried out on Faridabad, Faridabad New Town and Ballabhgarh station.

The section will be closed from 0800 hrs on March 2 to 0200 hrs the next day.

DKK-2 Delhi-Kosi Kalan EMU, SNP-1 Shakurbasti-New Delhi-Palwal, GDP-2 Ghaziabad-Delhi-Palwal, NP-1 New Delhi Palwal, 361/362 Delhi-Agra passenger, MN-1 Mathura Jn-New Delhi, NP-4 New Delhi Palwal, GDK-1 Kosi Kalan-Delhi-Ghaziabad, GNP-1 Ghaziabad-New Delhi-Palwal, GNP-3 Ghaziabad-New Delhi-Palwal, GDK-2 Ghaziabad-Delhi-Kosi Kalan, GDP-6 Ghaziabad-Delhi-Palwal, SNP-3 Palwal-New Delhi Shakurbasti, HNP-2 Hazrat Nizamuddin-New Delhi-Palwal, SNM-2 Shkaurbasti-New Delhi-Mathura Jn., SDP-2 will remain cancelled.

Due to cancellation of the above trains alternative stoppages of the 9023/9024 Ferozepur Janata Express will be provided at Asaoti, Faridabad New Town, Tilak Bridge and Shivaji Bridge station.

For the convenience of commuters, the 3007 Udhyan-Abha Toofan Express will stop at all stations between New Delhi and Palwal and 3008 Udhyan-Abha Toofan Express at Asaoti and Faridabad New Town stations during the course of non-interlockng work.
