15 pilgrims injured in road mishap
Gonda, Feb 10 (UNI) At least 15 pilgrims sustained severe wounds after their overloaded jeep collided with a mini-truck in Nawabganj area here today.
The incident occurred near railway crossing, when the jeep lost control over the wheels on its way to Bahraich.
The pilgrims were returning from Ayodhya after taking a holy dip in river Saryu.
The injured were admitted to hospital, of which seven are stated critical.
