Mulford condoles death of ex-envoy of US
New Delhi, Feb 5 (UNI) US Ambassador to India, David C Mulford, today condoled the death of William Clark Jr. who was envoy to India from 1989-1992.
Clark died in Washington on January 22.
He also served as US Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs from 1992-1993.
