Orient Craft plans apparel manufacturing unit; invest Rs 100 cr
Bhiwadi (Rajasthan), Jan 30 (UNI) Country's leading garment export house Orient Craft Ltd today said it will establish a manufacturing unit in Bhiwadi, targeting apparel business of Rs 2,000 crore by 2010.
''The facility will be set up at Pathredi in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan giving us a business of Rs 2,000 crore by 2010,'' said a RIICO statement.
The company will invest Rs 100 crore in the first phase and the project called 'Flagship Integrated Apparel Manufacturing Campus' is expected to provide employment to 8,000.
The company has been working with some of the most renowned fashion designers, brands and retailers like Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Dillards, will invest Rs 100 crore in the first phase and will employ 8,000 workers.
