One person killed, 12 injured in a road mishap
Virudhunagar, Jan 30 (UNI) A 50-year-old person hailing from Karnataka was killed on the spot and 12 others injured, when a jeep in which they were travelling rammed into a compound wall of a Petrol bunk, here today.
Police said the deceased Lakshmi Narayana Chetty (50) was going to Kanniyakumari on a sight-seeing trip along with his family and friends, when the mishap occurred.
The injured were admitted to the Government Hospital here.
