President's Medal for 17 Punjab Police personnel

Chandigarh, Jan 25 (UNI) On the eve of 59th Republic Day, 17 officers from the Punjab Police have been selected for the President's Medal for Distinguished Service and Meritorious Service categories.

According to a press release issued here today Anil Kaushik , ADGP, Security and Paramjit Singh Gill, DIG, Patiala, Range, have been selected for President's Police Medal for Distinguished Service.

Besides, Harpreet Singh Sidhu, DIG, Admn Punjab, Gaurav Yadav, DIG, Intelligence, Kuldeep Singh, DIG, PAP-II, and training, Lashkar Singh, SP/D, Moga, Ms. Mohinder Kaur, Inspector, Crime Wing, Gurjit Singh, Inspector, SHO Sadar Kotkapura, Brahma Nand, SI, Election Cell, Kulwant Singh, SI, o/o SP, Zonal, CID, Jalandhar, Sarabjit Paul, SI, CI, Lal Mohd, SI, o/o IGP/Commando, Inderpal Singh, SI, OSI/Security 82 Bn, PAP, Chandigarh, Gian Singh, SI, MTO 7th Bn, Jalandhar, Bachittar Singh, SI, CID Unit, Pb. Chandigarh., Major Singh, ASI, Security Wing and Joginder Ram, Head Constable, Security Wing, have been selected for Police Medal for Meritorious Service.
