Santkabirnagar, Jan 24 (UNI) Principal Opposition Samajwadi Party (SP) general secretary Amar Singh today said his party would soon launch a massive agitation against the 'anti-people' policies of the ruling Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) government in Uttar Pradesh.
''The tall claims of Ms Mayawati have fallen like a pack of cards...she had claimed that law and order condition would improve under her regime, but it is not so,'' Mr Singh alleged.
The fact is the CM herself is not feeling secured in the state, the SP leader added.
''State Sugarcane farmers are burning their canes in the fields after failing to receive appropriate price for their crop...but, Ms Mayawati is busy installing her busts,'' Mr Singh charged.
He further claimed that SP workers and people in minority were being harassed the most during her regime.
