Woman among 12 OGWs of militants arrested in Jammu

Jammu, Jan 12 (UNI) At least twelve over ground workers (OGWs), including a woman, were arrested by security forces at Mahore in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir today, an army spokesperson said.

In a joint operation, troops of Rashtriya Rifles (RR) and police apprehended 12 OGWs in Mahore area of Reasi this evening, the spokesperson said.

The arrested were identified as Salima, 20, Gulam Mohammad, 75, Gulam Ali, 60, Gulam Mohammad, 50, Mohammad Safi, 56, Manzoor Ahmed, 20, Abdul Hamid, 54, Mohammad Asraf, 32, Mohammad Farooq, 26, Abdullah, 55, Mohammad Safi, 30, and Mehandia, 50.

Later, all were handed over to the police for further investigation.
