Three more centres for medical exams of aspiring pilots

New Delhi, Jan 9 (UNI) To reduce the waiting time for medical examination of aspiring pilots, the Government today approved three more centers for conducting initial Class I Medical Examinations for flight crew.

The centres approved are Max Health Care Institute in Panchsheel Park, New Delhi, Dr Balabhai Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai and Apollo Hospital in Chennai.

These are in addition to the existing Air Force Medical Centres at AFCME, Delhi; IAM, Bangalore; and MEC Jorhat, a Civil Aviation Ministry statement said.
