Kerala HC directs TDB to ensure supply of 'Aravana'
Kochi, Jan 9 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today directed the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) to ensure uninterrupted supply of 'Aravana Prasadam' to the devotees at Sabarimala.
A bench comprising Justices P R Raman and V K Mohanan also directed the Board to make arrangements for issuing pamphlets describing rituals and other details to devotees.
The court directed the Board to construct more temporary urinals after identifying a proper location at Sabarimala and to ensure continuous supply of drinking water to pilgrims during festival times.
The court passed these directions on the basis of the report filed by a Special Commissioner appointed by it.
