Nalia reeling under severe cold wave conditions
Ahmedabad, Jan 6 (UNI) Nalia, a border town in Kutch district of Gujarat, is reeling under severe cold wave conditions with the minimum temperature dipping to as low as 5 degrees Celsius.
Amreli with 7.6 degrees and Deesa with 7.5 degrees Celsius are also in the grip of the cold wave.
However, other parts of Gujarat registered a slight increase in the minimum temperatures during the last 24 hours.
Bhuj improved a bit with the minimum temperature at 10.5 degrees Celsius. Similarly, Rajkot in Saurashtra at 10.9, Ahmedabad at 13, Vadodara at 12.8 and Surat at 14.6 degrees Celsius provided a relief to people, who were wary of stepping out of their homes after sunset.
