Anil Ambani prays for Reliance Power IPO at Sreenathji

Nathdwara (Rajsamand), Jan 5 (UNI) The Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG) Chairman Anil Ambani today sought the blessings of Lord Sreenathji (God of Wealth) for the success of his upcoming IPO at Sreenathji here.

Mr Ambani along with his wife Tina Ambani arrived here today morning in a special flight seeking the blessings of Lord Sreenatji with his Group's launch of the country's biggest IPO is just weeks away.

Reliance Power IPO issue with a target of Rs 11,700 crore is to hit the market on January 15.

Mr Ambani said, ''I seek the blessings of Lord Sreenathji and my mother before embarking on any new project.'' He said Reliance Power was coming out with the largest IPO offer and it is a golden chance to the retail investors to invest in the booming power sector.

''My father Dheerubhai Ambani had realised the significance of roti, Kapada and makan and mobile and we are adding power also in this chain as this is an important component of development,'' the ADAG Chairman said.

Incidently, Mr Ambani's mother Kokilaben is a trustee of the Sreenathji temple Board.
