Woman, her son charred to death in mehsana

Palanpur, Jan 4 (UNI) A 28-year old woman and her one-year-old son were charred to death at Mehsana last evening.

According to the police, the victim Mamtaben Patel was the mother of two children. Her seven-year-old daughter a student of second standard, was at school when the incident took place.

Father of the deceased has alleged that Mamataben was killed and it was not a case of suicide. A large crowd had assembled on the premises of the Civil Hospital in the evening when the body was taken for a post-mortem.
