Desire for daughter; woman gives birth to 12 sons

Etawah, Jan 1 (UNI) desiring for a daughter, a 50-year-old woman has given birth yet another son-her twelfth.

Parvati Devi (50), the wife of Chhote Lal of village Chandra Hanspura, delivered her baby -- a boy again -- yesterday night.

According to doctors, both the mother and baby were fine.

Incidentally, this was also the first case reported in the area, where a middle-aged woman gave birth.

The couple's first child is 22 years old.
