Pratibha files nomination papers for Prez poll

New Delhi, June 23: UPA-Left candidate for Presidential election, Pratibha Patil today filled her nomination papers.

Ms Patil flanked by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and leaders the UPA allies, handed over the nomination papers to Lok Sabha Secretary General P D T Achary, Returning Officer for the July 19 Presidential election.

Earlier, Ms Patil had resigned as the Governor of Rajasthan.
