Court reserves order on Sahil's bail till Jun 19
New Delhi, Jun 16: A local court today reserved its order till Monday on the bail application of Sahil Zaroo, an accused in the Rahul Mahajan drug abuse case.
It also postponed till Monday orders on whether brain mapping and narco analysis test on Rahul and Sahil be conducted or not.
Meanwhile, the accused told the court that he was being tortured by the police who was labelling him a drug peddler and threatening to eliminate his parents if he did not cooperate with them.
He also said the police made him sign blank papers.
The court had yesterday postponed till today its order on Sahil's bail application pleading for parity with co-accused Rahul who was released on bail on June 14.
The police had also moved a fresh application yesterday seeking conducting of narco-analysis test on Sahil. An application to conduct brain mapping test on Rahul was already pending with the court.
