Drugs abuse: Sahil seeks bail like Rahul Mahajan

New Delhi, June 15: Sahil Zaroo, an accused in the Rahul Mahajan drug abuse case, today sought bail from a city court pleading for parity with co-accused Rahul who was released on bail yesterday.

Zaroo, through his counsel, alleged the charges levelled against him by the police were wrong. However, the arguments remained inconclusive with the prosecution yet to present its case.

The matter would continue tomorrow before Special Judge S N Gupta.

Meanwhile, the police moved a fresh application today seeking to conduct narco-analysis test on Sahil, which would be heard tomorrow along with the application to conduct brain mapping test on Rahul that was already pending.
