Kerala's Malankara Orthodox Church case: Accused priest gets conditional bail
Thiruvananthapuram, July 25: Kerala High Court granted conditional bail to Fr Job Mathew in Kerala's Malankara Orthodox Church case on Wednesday. He will have to surrender his passport and appear before the investigating officer twice a week.

Police had earlier arrested Job Mathew, the vicar of a local church, who had surrendered after the high court dismissed his anticipatory bail plea and those of two other priests, all of whom belong to the Malankara Orthodox Church.
The court had observed that they had acted as "predators" and taken "undue advantage" of the woman.
