Srinagar, Dec 8: Prof Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party who is presently in Kashmir Valley in connection with election campaign for the Assembly has sent an urgent communication to VS Sampath, the Chief Election Commissioner of India to declare BJP as disqualified party for the current Assembly election in view of the gross violation of the Code of Conduct by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his party.

He said that Panthers Party had arranged four public meetings in Srinagar District today which were to be addressed by Prof Bhim Singh. Prof Bhim Singh said that the people are forced to remain locked inside the houses, all the shops and markets have been shut down by the security forces to enable PM Modi to address a rally in a small ground in front of Amar Singh Club.

Singh lashed out at BJP for misleading the people in J&K and the rest of the country about PM Modi's rally in Kashmir that he is addressing a rally of over one lac people. He wondered on the wisdom of BJP leaders that Prime Minister is addressing one lakh people in a small ground which has capacity to accommodate only 4100 crowd.

The BJP, to bluff the nation, has taken out a boats show in the Dal Lake which besides polluting the lake water has caused a terror in the colonies residing around the Dal Lake in Srinagar.

He also accused J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for lending more than 3000 police trainees dressed in civil clothes to join BJP's Dal Lake show and then fill the ground where Prime Minister Modi shall address his historic election rally without any voter attending it.

Singh told media persons in Srinagar that he dared address several election rallies in Baramulla, Budgam, Pulwama, Anantnag and other places which were struck by the terrorists couple of days back.

He demanded high power judicial inquiry under the supervision of the Election Commission of India to find out the hidden truth in connection of the false claims made by the government.

He said that these terrorist activities were organized, abetted and supported by the NC-Congress leaders to create scare mongering campaign to deter the electorates to exercise their right to vote.

He accused Prime Minister Modi for hobnobbing with anti-national elements in search of his mission 44. He said that Panthers have won all the three seats in Udhampur, one seat in Ramban District whereas Panthers shall win half a dozen of seats in the Valley and 15 in Jammu Pradesh.

He said that Panthers Party is not fighting for power like Mr. Modi, NC, Congress or PDP. He told the Panthers Party workers last evening in Srinagar that the Panthers Party stands for Haq-aur-Insaaf for all to end the reign of terror, uncertainty, chaos so that people get back their lost freedom and civil liberties in the state.
