Mobile internet services remain suspended in South Kashmir, restored in other areas
Srinagar, July 8: Mobile internet services were on Sunday night restored in central and north Kashmir but remained suspended in south Kashmir districts, a police official said.
The internet services were suspended across the valley yesterday following the killing of three civilians allegedly by security forces in Kulgam district.
The civilians died during a clash between security forces and stone-pelting protesters, according to police. The decision to snap the services was taken to maintain law and order in the areas.
